About the event
In this class you will learn the basic fundamentals of reading and understanding blueprints like:
· Architectural and Engineering Scales - what they are and how to use them
· Knowing the divisions of construction
· Understanding the difference between Archtectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Plans
· Plan and Elevation
· Cut Sheets
· Legends
· Page Scales
Blueprints to a current project will be provided. Students will need to bring:
· Architectural and Engineering scales
· Calculator
· Markers
· Pencil/Notebook for notetaking
